From Rock and R&B, to atmospheric New Age with just enough Jazz to cross genre. This is Yameth’s music. The album At Last was recorded at his project studio, performed and programmed by Yannis Methenitis with guest appearances by some good friends and incredible musicians.
Although it was a decade in the making, this album features five tracks that blend rock, atmospheric new age and a slice of jazz. Yameth performed all instruments but what truly sets the work apart are the contributions of talented friends: Nikos Stamoulis, Dimitris Plagiannis, George Georgas and Georgios Metallinos. Despite never having met, they collaborated unknowingly to create the sound of this album. The tracks were recorded in various locations over two decades, resulting in a distinctive sound.

Yameth is a Jazz and R&B project. The music of Yannis Methenitis, a one man show in the studio. Songwriter, guitarist, sound engineer, founder of Greece's top music technology site and forum, has been forever recording his ideas in his home studio.
Ask Yannis who has influenced him and the names that come up are likely to include Larry Carlton, Leslie West and Eric Gale among many jazz, rock and blues top players. As for non-guitarists, his number one would be David Sanborn. But ultimately, Yanni’s delicacy of touch, both as a composer and guitarist is of course, his own.
